The Charity

The Run For Water Society has a partnership with HOPE International Development Agency.  All funds raised in addition to the Society's operating surplus are directed to HOPE for their work in southern Ethiopia.  HOPE International Development Agency is a Canadian based non-profit international development agency committed to helping the world's poorest families work their way out of poverty.  HOPE is among the leanest of development organizations with an amazing 96 cents out of every dollar raised going directly to the water projects (view HOPE's annual report).  HOPE is a registered charity in both Canada and the United States.
